Our villa has a beautiful serene pool below us that we share with our neighbors. This property has three pools on the premises. There is an entertainment area with grills, tables and chairs, and private bathrooms. The pool is always well maintained, beautiful, and quiet. Just beyond the pool is the panoramic oceanview which is only a half mile away. If you would like a more resort pool experience you can use the Ritz Carlton pool and facilities.

Our villa has been entirely remodeled with all new, modern, upscale amenities. We have porcelain tile floors, a beautiful black granite kitchen with all new cabinets and appliances, granite bathrooms with vessel sinks, natural stone showers and bath, and much more. There is a luxurious king sized bed in the master and two full sized pillow top beds in the guest bedroom. There are two lanais with outdoor furniture. You will love this place.

We have a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, coffee grinder/maker, dishwasher, baking and cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc... There are three phones, three cable televisions, DVD, CD, DSL for computer, washer/dryer, iron, etc... There are two air conditioners, linens, towels, covered parking, and lots of closet space.
